I´m going to write about one of the short stories included in the book “Kurz und Buendig,Die schnellesten Geschichten der Welt ( short and colourful,the quickest short stories in the world”)by different German writers. The story is by Kurt Tucholsky ,a jewish German journalist who wrote the storie “the flea”. The story is about a nosy employee from the Post Office who loved opening all letters and packages. She used to open them and then left them half open. One colleague wanted to give her a lesson and sent a package with a letter saying: “Dear Friend, as I´m aware that Mrs Dupont opens the letters and read them , i´m sending you a living flea to know whether she has opened it or not” Greetings, Graf Koks . Graff didnt pack any living flea but when the letter arrived there was a living flea inside indeed!
