{"id":34494,"date":"2020-01-02T00:02:11","date_gmt":"2020-01-01T22:02:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lecturesbureau.gr\/1\/?p=34494&#038;lang=en"},"modified":"2020-05-15T14:21:31","modified_gmt":"2020-05-15T11:21:31","slug":"solve-et-coagula-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lecturesbureau.gr\/1\/solve-et-coagula-2024\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Solve et coagula (PAULO COEHLO)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There\u2019s a motto in Alchemy: \u201cConcentrate and dissolve\u201d.<br \/>\nAs you may know alchemists would, through laboratory studies, try to distill the mercury from the sulfur and then refine the mercury until it converted into gold.<br \/>\nThis quest would lead them to the Philosopher Stone (which was the solid component) and the Elixir of Long Life (not the Elixir of Immortality \u2013 because the longer you live, the chances of an accident increases).<br \/>\nThrough this routine, alchemists are also training their patience and thus transforming their perception of the world.<br \/>\nThey respect the main teaching of the I Ching: \u2018To persevere is favourable.\u2019<br \/>\nPerseverance is not the same thing as insistence.
